Höga Kustenleden, Day 6

The night is short. I seem to alternate between long stretches of sleep and brief periods of wakefulness. I wake up very early and try to plan my next steps. What should I do next? I am torn and can’t decide. It’s only 21 km to the end of this trail, but I won’t walk all the way today because I would be too late to catch the bus, and the only accommodation there is a very expensive hotel.  So, I'll walk about half the distance and then finish the walk to catch the bus tomorrow.

The original plan was to rent a cabin in a small town, but payment was cash-only, and I don’t have any cash. So, I keep walking, looking for a place to set up my tent. After 12 km, I find a shelter on top of a mountain and a nearby spot to set up my tent. The view is beautiful, and I’m glad to spend the night here. I’ll have plenty of time tomorrow to cover the last 9 km and catch the bus at 11:45.
